Residence Peček is a house with two separate apartments, ideal for two families. The property of 750 m2 is surrounded by hedges, that enable you to enjoy the pool (9 x 4 m) and garden in privacy. It offers 3 shaded parking places. The property is located near a sports complex that features tennis, beach volley, futsal and basketball courts.

The holiday home with a terrace and pool views features 4 bedrooms, a living room, a TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a bidet. Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home.

We are family of four from Ljubljana and we enjoy sports. Novigrad offers us a wide variety of sports facilities including Savudria golf course and Poreč ski-lift. In the winter we switch from skiing on water to snow. And if you would like to do that too, you can switch out our “Apartma PEČEK” in Kranjska Gora.
